Chest and back week 3 starts


Wow I finally made back to the exercises.

Due to the work load, I had to be off for 3 days... it was quite painful coming back today.

While not working out, I noticed that my body is gaining fat like there is no tomorrow. For this reason, I'm changing the approach of p90x... I will go back to building muscle mode.

So, I was using about 6 pounds per hand... was not heavy but once you try to do many, it burns. I have changed that to about 22 pounds per side and am doing 8-10 repetitions.

Let's see what happens.
