Congrats to Rebecca Romijn & Jerry O'Connell

Rebecca Romijn gave birth a twin girls, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip. The "Ugly Betty" actress says twin daughters were born Dec. 28. Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell were married in 2007, and they are the couple's first children.
