Elections 2008 - Canada

Just for the record, Stephen Harper from the Conservative Party of Canada was re elected as Prime Minister.

The number of seats in the Parliament went up for them from previous 124 to 143 out of 308 so, still a bit short for the 155 for majority.

The liberals went from 105 seats to 76. That is the lowest Liberal support since 1867.
