Legs, Back and AB Ripper X week 2
Good leg workout.
Today I took my body cleanser stage I at 4:30AM since I had to wake up then when to sleep again.
Woke up at 8:00AM, it looks like again the pill took some power out of me even with the protein shake.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to do Kenpo X but since wife wants to do Yoga X and I love it, we will do Yoga instead of Kenpo.
I'm still at 91KG, 33.5% fat thus, still not good but I can definitely feel the muscles in the abdomen coming back.
From yesterday, I will be eating much less. The idea is to start reducing weight while at least keep the amount of muscle.
