oooops. Canadian woman mistakes labour pains for kidney stone.

Here is some interesting news. Newfoundland woman Mrs. Juanita Stead was rushed to hospital on New Year's Eve for what she thought was a kidney stone, but instead, she left with a new baby boy....

She got a small pain in her back on Dec. 31 during day, but it was a little pain so she just ignored. After she headed out to a New Year's Eve party, the pain started to get worse, and around 9 P.M., she was in complete and utter back pain and she couldn't even urinate, she recall.

Her brother-in-law, who is a paramedic, suggested that it sounded like she might be passing a kidney stone, so she rush to the hospital by ambulance with her brother-in-law and her husband Terry.

After all kinds of tests, she was sent to an X-ray, and guess what the doctors says?! "It's no kidney stone, you got a full term baby ready to be delivered!"

She said she was in complete shock!!!
..................WHAT?! HOW?!

Well, she says her period continued during the pregnancy, she didn't have any morning sickness and didn't put on extra weight.

WOW.

When husband Terry called the baby's grandparents with the good news, they didn't believe him at first.

Of course!

"When I told Juanita's mom she didn't have a kidney stone, but a baby instead, she told me to go to bed," he laughed. "And my mother told me to give up telling lies."

Even more interesting, their first baby was born into the toilet!!

She said "I felt like I had to go to the bathroom and out he popped, right into the toilet," "Terry actually scooped him out of the toilet and put him in my lap until the ambulance came."

What a story.
