Shoulders and Arms, week 3
Today was the first day since I have started that I felt my normal power. I mean, the workout was hard but I didn't feel sleepy + had lots of power.
Dude my arms and shoulders have tons of extra muscles today. After going to the scale after the workout, weight is up (91.5kg), fat % is up (33.8%). Half kilo more and about 1% percent up.... makes no sense to me as I felt a lot more muscle.
Anyway, I took some pics today and will put them up at some point. Don't want to do it until I finish the 90 days of training.
Now, what did I do different to get more power you may ask?
First thought I that I drunk last night for the first time vitamin D (1000) supplement. Perhaps it is... not sure but will keep on drinking.
Then, I remember that I woke up late (Saturday) and while I was waiting for the digestion of the protein shake, I drunk a cup of fresh black coffee.... wait a minute, did you just say coffee?
yes, coffee... and I'm starting to beleive that coffee is what woke me up. I will also try tomorrow to see if makes any difference.
tomorrow is Yoga X... let's see what happens.
