Yoga X week 2/2

Today I did Yoga X. This was the 2nd time in the same week. Not sure what is the trade problem with Kenpo X but I like Yoga and wife likes it too.

Only ate the GNC protein shake in the morning and again could do the entire 90 minutes session without drinking water.

For me, I drink water during exercise, I relax and and am done working hard.

I did drink the entire 500 ml protein shake about 30 minutes prior to working out and at least 500 ml more of water after the workout.

Then, drunk my vitamins: Daily (carbsense),garlic, flax oil and b100.

Few minutes later went to a very hot bath tub with Epsom salt.

In the workout I did suet like there is no tomorrow and did as well in the bath tub.

Weight after bath: 90.7kg, 32.6% fat.

It is not about 1 hour after the bath and I feel great.

Today I decide that I will start the p90x diet. I read the book, understood the concept (hopefully) and gave the tips to lovely wife so she help me to bring it.

From tomorrow, I will start phase I, level II.

As far as I could see, I'm actually not that far from their suggested diet so, shouldn't be that problematic to follow.

One interesting thing about my P90x experience so far, I'm definitely much stronger than when I started but, some how my body is refusing to lose fat like before. This is not the first time I workout and p90x is hard so, I should be losing some fat by now.

I strong suspect that it is the protein shake that is making the difference, I never drunk that type of thing before and perhaps am killing my diet without noticing. I will keep on drink until whatever I have left is gone. Then will try normal protein such as meet to see what happens.

Anyway, I'm aware that I'm not following p90x exactly how I should but I'm doing my best and as long as I keep on doing it, I'm sure that at some point my body will wake up.
